Through our promotional efforts, including thousands of brochures being distributed to our in house mailing lists, coupled with the fact that everything is sold to the highest bidder regardless of price, the seller can be assured that he has received fair market value. Likewise, the buyers have the confidence and assurance that they have also purchased at fair market value.

Full Staff of Auction Professionals - Including Auctioneers, Real Estate Agents,Ringmen,Clerks,Cashiers & Livestock Handlers          

Advertising & Marketing - Including sending descriptive and pictorial brochures to our extensive mailing lists, placing numerous newspaper and trade publication ads (radio and television when applicable), erecting professionally made signs from our in house sign shop, as well as, constant interaction with agricultural, dairy, forestry, construction and trucking industries.

Company Owned Equipment - Including heated tent, sound system & chairs. We also provide portable toilets and allow seller choice of charitable organizations to serve food on sale day.

For Cattle Sales: Equipment, additional labor & clerical help for veterinarian at testing. Lot numbers which correspond to catalog identifying cattle for sale. Panels for the erection of pens which enables us to grade animal according to age, size & stage of pregnancy so the cattle can be properly merchandised, which ultimately leads to a higher selling price.

• Load out equipment for buyers' and seller's efficiency and convenience.
• Staff that works closely with breed associations, sire summaries, veterinarian & state veterinarian offices to ensure proper handling of health papers and registration transfers.
• Sale day catalog from herd records to provide as much information as is available, and corresponding to assigned lot numbers.
  

For Equipment Sales: Photograph and inventory complete list of sale items to be used in promotional materials. Advise owner of work to be done on equipment prior to sale. Assist in merchandising & lining up equipment, ensuring its proper position in the sale. Match serial numbers to titles & assist owner in ensuring that titled vehicles are properly transferred.

For Real Estate Sales:

• Work with state and county authorities, as well as engineers for proper subdivision.
• Develop individual marketing program appropriate for the property and the buyers.
• Select suitable auction site which will enhance the value of property as well as accommodate the
  buyers.

Available to show property & answer questions at any time (Brochure & signs are designed to work in conjunction with one another so that prospective buyers may view the property at their convenience.) Complete contracts between buyer & seller, handle escrow funds and work with closing attorneys to ensure proper completion of the auction.
